ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Standard shipping to the United States is estimated at 5–11 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that processing time and delivery time are separate. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to shipping carriers, weather, holidays, customs, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside of our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

LAMASAYA currently offers FREE standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please provide a complete and accurate physical shipping address at checkout. Our current standard shipping method does not support delivery to P.O. Box addresses in the United States.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue. For damaged orders, we may request photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

MULTIPLE PACKAGES

In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. If this happens, you will not be charged additional shipping fees because of the separate shipments.
